*PRIVATE FUNCTIONS within Grande Prairie and area (birthdays, anniversaries, corporate/cultural events, Christmas Parties, etc): $150-$400 for a 20-25 minutes Belly Dance performance
BRIDAL SHOWERS AND WEDDINGS - Would like yours to be more Unique? surprise your guests- Hire a Belly dancer or a group of dancers:
- bridal shower: $150 - includes performance and mini dance lessons, bride will get a complimentary hip scarf
if a studio must be rented, the studio fee is charged in addition to the regular fee
SORRY, NO BACHELOR PARTIES
- wedding: $200-400 includes several performances including Shamadan(candelabra) ( a spectacular head piece with lighted 7-9 candles - traditional dance at the Middle Eastern weddings), your guests will participate too:)
*BELLY DANCE WORKSHOPS: $150/hr - 4 hours minimum, $100 for each additional hr (over 4)
- if workshop includes a belly dance performance, the performance fee is charged in addition to the workshop fee (a short demo of a 3 to 4 minutes in dancewear does not apply)
- if a studio must be rented for the workshop, the studio fee is charged in addition to the workshop fee.
*GROUP PERFORMANCES: 3 or more belly dancers- varies according to length & number of performances and level of performers Eg. 3 dancers perform 3 - 10min sets-$250-$500
*RESTAURANTS: if there is a contract with an owner ensuring the dancer to perform every weekend ( Friday&Saturday) there is a flat rate per show agreed by the owner& dancer, all one time performances at the restaurants considered as Private Function **** *
*OUT OF TOWN belly dance performance or workshop fees: add on hotel charges plus .53 /kil. or airfare as applicable, plus $15 for each hour of travel
* FOUNDRASING & CHARITIES the rates could be discussed for each particular event
*PLEASE NOTE* These are standard rates charged by experienced, professional dancers who perform regularly at the restaurants and other events. Those who charge less or undercut the prices are NOT professional dancers!
